Broccolini
I love Broccolini - tender and easy to stir-fry. I make it as much as possible because it's so yummy. Just wash, slice and then toss into a pan of olive oil on med high heat. Add some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper and voila... instant goodness. I'm always craving some.
Spaghetti Squash
The first time I ever tried one was when I was subscribing to the organic food delivery service. I had never even seen one of these...let alone known how fun they are to cook...and then scoop out all the spaghetti-shaped squash. As I'm typing this my husband is saying..."mmm we haven't had that in a while". I guess I'm off to gather some for dinner.
